Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit, and we really want you to be happy with your Baby Gold 14k jewelry. Our customer support team is here to help out with a seamless return process. Here's our policy on what can and cannot be returned.
Personalized or Custom Items
Personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned. These include any products with personalized names, engravements, custom gemstone choices, initials and enamel designs - essentially, anything where you got to choose the details and the piece was specially crafted for you.
Non-Personalized Items
For any non-personalized items, we are happy to accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. In order to be eligible for a return:
- The item(s) returned must be in its original packaging
- The item(s) must be received in the same condition it was delivered to you
- All boxes and pouches must be included
- The item(s) should not be worn, altered, or damaged
After receiving your return, our team will carefully inspect the item(s). If the product was received with damage or signs of wear, a processing fee may be deducted from total return amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping will also be deducted from total refund credit.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale.
How to Submit a Return Request:
To start your return:
- Click here to request a return.
- Enter the email address or phone number used at checkout
- Click “Find Order”
- Follow the on-screen steps to generate your return label
- Pack your item in the original packaging, place it in a shipping box (not an envelope), and drop it off with the carrier
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email notification once your store credit has been issued.
Our Exchange Policy
If you'd like a different size or a different Baby Gold piece caught your eye instead, we do offer exchanges! Exchanges are only eligible for non-custom items and must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. Anything that has been customized or personalized are not eligible for exchange and are final sale.
*Please note that, while your personalized items cannot be exchanged, they can be altered. If you'd like to send your piece back for alteration, you can also go to the Returns Portal to submit your request or email [email protected].
How do I begin an exchange?
To begin the exchange process for your non-personalized item, please visit our Order Management Portal and it'll take you through the steps to send your item back and you'll see recommended replacement items. If you do not select any of the suggested items, you can also choose to be redirected to our store. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected], and we would love to help out.
What is an Instant Exchange?
Our normal exchange process requires that your returned item is received and inspected by our returns team before your new order can be processed.
In the returns portal, you'll see the option for 'Instant Exchange.' If you select instant exchange, a hold will be placed on your credit card and our team will begin working on your new exchange item before receiving your return so you can receive your new piece as quickly as possible.
While instant exchanges do expedite the process, if you select a Made to Order item, production time will still be factored into the speed of receiving your new item. The benefit of an instant exchange for Made to Order pieces is that our production team will start working on it right away - which could save you a week worth of waiting!
Please note that, if we ship out your new item and do not receive your original return item, you will be charged for the new product at full cost on the payment method provided.
No worries! Whether it’s too big or too small, we’ll work with you to get the perfect fit.
Non-custom items: If your item is not customized or personalized, you can exchange it for a different size. If you don’t see your size, just let us know, we’ll still do our best to help!
Custom-made items: Custom items cannot be exchanged, but they can be altered to fit.
How to request help:
Contact us with your order number and details about the issue. For example: Is your item too big or too small? By about how much?
Let us know how you’d like us to resolve the issue.
Alterations:
If you choose an alteration, we may need some additional details to ensure your jewelry is adjusted perfectly. Our support team will guide you through the process and answer any questions along the way.
Warranty & Repairs
Our Warranty Policy
We understand the significance of your fine jewelry and the trust you place in our craftsmanship. That's why we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty and will do our best to take care of what you need.
Our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.
While our warranty is comprehensive, it does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Loss or theft of the jewelry.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.
Orders placed outside of the US cannot be serviced for repairs or warranty issues at this time due to shipping logistics.
Any alterations or repairs done by a third party will result in a voided warranty.
Each case is a little different and, though most repairs are all on us, there may be some fees associated with material costs and shipping. We will always quote a price before proceeding with your repair. Labor is always on us.

**Replacements of parts or pieces is at the discretion of our team based off of the damage type and/or whether or not it can be repaired.

When it comes to repairs, we never take shortcuts. Each piece is carefully restored by our expert jewelers at our Los Angeles warehouse, using the same craftsmanship and precision as our original production.
After the repair is completed, every item undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards before being returned to you.
Because all repairs are completed by hand, the process typically takes 6–8 weeks. We understand how meaningful your jewelry is, and we’re committed to returning it to you beautifully restored.

Orders & Shipping
When opening your cart, you'll see 2 checkout options: Checkout+ and Checkout without protection.

What does Checkout+ cover?
Checkout+ is an optional order add-on with several advantages. One of those advantages is package protection, which insures your package against any carrier issues including lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you do opt-in to Checkout+, any issues that happen in transit will be replaced for free. In addition to package protection, Checkout+ also guarantees free returns - meaning that we will cover all return shipping costs and fees. Checkout+ is calculated as a small percentage of your order total before taxes.
What if I choose to checkout without protection?
If you do decide to checkout without protection, our team will still do all that we can to ensure help you out with any issues that occurred in transit. The process would include filing a claim with the carrier of your package and can just take longer to get a resolution for you. If you decide to return your item, you'll be responsible for all shipping and fees included in our return policy.

International shipping fees depend on the shipping method selected. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and added to the order total.
Shipping Speeds
Shipping speed estimates are set by the carriers. We work as fast as we can to get your orders packed up and shipped out, but once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery speed is in the carrier’s hands.
Need it faster? We also have next-day shipping options available for purchase at checkout.
Please note that shipping speeds do not include production and processing times. If you need your made-to-order or personalized jewelry faster, please reach out to our customer support team for rush production options.
The quickest way to get your order is to check out our In Stock - Ready to Ship pieces. And, for any last minute gifts, who doesn't love a Gift Card??
That depends! If your item is In Stock or Made- to-Order.
In Stock = ships in 1-3 business days.
*Some in stock items may take up to 5 days to ship.
Made-to-Order = usually ships in 2-3 weeks.
*Some made-to-order items, depending on how intricate the item is, can take 4-6 weeks.
If your order includes a mix of in-stock and made-to-order items, it will ship together once all pieces have completed production. If you’d like, we can ship your items as they’re ready. Simply select the “Ship Multiple Packages” option at checkout to receive your in-stock items sooner, while the made-to-order pieces continue in production.
Before adding to cart, you'll be able to see the processing time. Additionally please note expedited shipping will not rush the production time.
NOTE: Sometimes, we may have certain metal colors, sizes or gemstones in stock, but other variants are made-to-order. Make sure to check right above the 'Add to Cart' button after you've selected all the options you want.

International Orders
Yes, we ship worldwide!
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, designed to keep costs as fair and transparent as possible based on destination and service level selected.
Duties and taxes are typically calculated at checkout as well. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country. While we’re unable to estimate specific amounts, all applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Because international shipments pass through customs, transit times may vary depending on your location and local processing times. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
If you ever have questions about your shipment, our team is always happy to help guide you.
We try our very best to accommodate any changes needed, but we can't always guarantee that they're possible.
The quicker you reach out to us, the more likely that we'll be able to update your address. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number along with your updated shipping address and we will do our best to assist.
Note: Once an order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes.
Modifying your Order
All order modifications must be handled by our support team and cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on your order’s production and shipping status.
If you need to modify your order, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and try to catch your order in time.
For your security, we do not store payment details. If you’d like to add items or upgrade to expedited shipping, we’ll send you an invoice to complete the changes safely.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and information. For order updates, click on the link and you'll be able to see where your package is on the carrier site. On the carrier site, you can also input your phone number to receive text updates.

Gift bags are available for purchase here. We can also add a special message for you. Just add whatever you want to say in 'Special Instructions' at checkout.

Canceling your Order
Cancellations cannot be guaranteed, as once an order is placed, it’s immediately integrated into our production system. This helps us get your items shipped quickly.
