We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item. That's why we try to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
To return your item:
- Click here to request a return.
- Enter the Email Address or Phone number used when you created your account to begin the process.
- Click Find Order.
From there you will print your return label and ship the item back to us. Note: Please ensure the item is in the original packaging and a shipping box. We will not be able to accept items that are damaged in transit.
Once received, our team will inspect the item and if the request is approved we will issue your store credit. If the item is not in condition for a return, we will send the item back to you.
