What does the lifetime warranty cover?Updated 10 months ago

We aren’t going anywhere else, and thankfully you don't have to either! 

Baby Gold Jewelry is manufactured in Los Angeles, CA in a family owned and operated 3rd generation factory! Pretty cool huh! SO when it comes to repairs, servicing or helping you alter your pieces, we got you covered. We understand the significance of your fine jewelry and the trust you place in our craftsmanship. That's why we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty and will do our best to take care of what you need. 

Let’s spell it out, Our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. 

While our warranty is comprehensive, it does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear.

  2. Loss or theft of the jewelry.

  3. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.

  4. Alterations or repairs done by third parties.(This will result in a voided warranty) 

  5. Orders placed outside of the US cannot be serviced for repairs or warranty issues at this time due to shipping logistics. 

Though most repairs are all on us, some fees associated with material costs and shipping may be allocated on a case by case basis. We will quote a price before proceeding with your repair. Labor is always on us, you’re family now!
