At BabyGold, we’re committed to providing you with the best possible customer experience. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase and hope that it meets or exceeds your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out quite as planned. 


Return Policy for Custom Items

All customized purchases are final sales. This includes items that have a single initial. 


Return Policy for Non-custom Items

For non-custom items, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for store credit.


Options for Returning Non-custom Items

Take advantage of our 10-day return policy (from the date of delivery). We offer store credit for non-custom items (just make sure to meet the requirements detailed in Conditions for Return).


Conditions for Return

We want your returns to be easy and pain-free! Please keep in mind that while we can’t refund shipping costs, you may be eligible for store credit minus any processing fees. You’ll also need to cover the cost of your return shipping label.

  • The item(s) returned must be in its original packaging
  • The item(s) must be received in the same condition it was delivered to you
  • All boxes and pouches must be included
  • The item(s) should not be worn, altered, or damaged
