How do I request a return?Updated 9 months ago

We understand that sometimes an item may not be a perfect fit. We gladly accept returns for store credit for non-custom items within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. 


To begin the return process:


  1. Click here to request a return.
  2. Enter the Email Address or Phone number used when you created your account to begin the process.
  3. Click Find Order.  


From there you will print your return label and ship the item back to us. A restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from the store credit total. Once your return is received, processing and issuing your credit may take up to 10 business days, and you'll be notified via email with details of your store credit. 

Note: When returning your item, please utilize the original packaging to ensure the piece is secured during transit. If the original packaging is not available, securely package your item. We are not responsible for items lost due to insufficient packaging if returned in an envelope. Be aware that the item must be unworn and undamaged upon arrival. Additional fees might be charged if the item is received in a damaged condition.
