We make it simple to return eligible items for store credit within 10 days of delivery.
To start your return:
Enter the email address or phone number used at checkout
Click “Find Order”
Follow the on-screen steps to generate your return label
Pack your item in the original packaging, place it in a shipping box (not an envelope), and drop it off with the carrier
Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email notification once your store credit has been issued.
A few important reminders:
Returns are accepted for unworn, undamaged, and non-custom items only
Custom, personalized, and international orders are final sale
A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit
Items shipped back in envelopes or received damaged may be refused or subject to additional fees
