Holiday Return Policy
For orders placed between November 14, 2025, and December 31, 2025, we’re offering an extended return window. These orders can be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2026.

We understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit, and our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your selection. 

Non-Personalized Items
We’re happy to accept returns for store credit within 10 days of delivery, as confirmed by the courier. Please note that a return fee will be applied and deducted from your store credit.

Personalized Items
All personalized and custom items, including initial pieces and enamel designs, are final sale.
